Office Manager/HR Manager
Betty Von Tersch has more than 40 years experience as an Executive Assistant in the fields of architecture, commercial real estate and securities. She has been an employee of The Leaders Group for 14 years with expertise in various departments of the company. Currently, she is Assistant to the President. Her duties also include licensing, contracting, appointments, managing selling agreements, event planning and maintaining overall continuity in the office environment. Betty utilizes her years of experience to aid in providing the lowest possible fees to all advisors and facilitating up-to-date appointments with all of our product providers.
She has three beautiful grandchildren that she spends a lot of time with. Her oldest grandson is currently in the Marine Corp stationed at Camp Pendelton. Betty enjoys meeting new people in her travels around the country and experiencing their various lifestyles. Her hobbies include cooking, quilting, wine-tasting, boating, bicycling and anything she can do with her family.
