Human Resources/Office Manager
Betty Von Tersch has more than 40 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the fields of architecture, commercial real estate and securities. She has been an employee of The Leaders Group for 19 years with expertise in various departments of the company. Currently, she is the Human Resources and Office Manager. She also assists the CEO, President, E&O, accounts payable and collections, special projects when required and works at maintaining overall continuity in the office environment.
She has three beautiful grandchildren and two great grandchildren that she spends a lot of time with. Betty enjoys meeting new people in her travels around the country and experiencing their various lifestyles. Her hobbies include cooking, quilting, wine-tasting, boating, weekend getaways and anything she can do with her family.
