Wharton will be involved in all of the marketing efforts of The Leaders Group, and will focus more specifically on the technology side. She will be working closely with Leaders Group representatives in finding technology solutions and will also aid in practice management ideas. In addition, Wharton will be in charge of maintaining the company websites and will be involved in recruiting, graphic design and various other functions of the marketing department.
The Leaders Group VP of Operations/Marketing, Sean Wickersham, said “Amy brings a fresh perspective to the Leaders Group and in the short period of time she has been here, we have seen a lot of improvement in our technology. Amy’s skill-set will make her an invaluable resource both for our back office and our reps.”
Amy recently moved to Colorado and has a BA in Business Administration as well as an MBA with a Marketing Focus from Texas Tech University. She has worked in both the marketing and technology aspects of a few other companies including Sports Authority and Baker Hughes International.
Wharton is currently going through training and is working to get an even stronger grasp on the company and industry and is already working on the technology side of the business. She will be working more in a marketing capacity later in the year.
